Undoubtedly Pedraforca is, despite not being the highest, the most emblematic and well-known mountain of Berguedà.

Aesthetics like a few, with a very characteristic silhouette that gives it the name of Pedraforca, it is a beautiful mountain to start in difficult mountains, because it offers different routes of ascension with which the magical mountain will be tested.

Charged of mysticism, stories and legends, Pedraforca is a mountain that does not leave anyone indifferent to its peak where, far from having finished work, begins a descent well entertained by a scree that, unfortunately, year after year is more damaged.

Do not stay alone with your face east and check all the faces that this beautiful mountain can show us.

Go up to the summit of the Superior pollegó through the Verdet route, or by other less-traveled ones, if what you are looking for is a less crowded path than the fastest Verdet in high season.
